Disaster strikes

About 6 AM I am rudely waked by the sound of stuff breaking and falling.

I ran downstairs to see if all the cats and the dog were fine and what where they doing, just find them fine.

The 3 supports for a high shelf on my kitchen had broken free, dropping the shelf and everything that was on top of it.

Mostly large pottery

Of course it was the shelf that had mostly bowls and other large ceramic pots and pans

Glass everywhere

The biggest lost was 3 vintage glass bowls

They were from grandmother’s stand mixer that she got for her wedding. One white glass and 2 made of clear glass..

Nothing was saved

The other big loss was one hand made large bowl

Sorry for the lame post but I’m still very sad
